Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned. Products which do not meet this criteria may be returned, however a restocking fee and/or delivery charge may be applied. If you have any problems with your order please reach out to us by sending an email, which you can do by completing the form on the contact us page, or alternatively reply to your order confirmation email. If you have any problems, we will endeavour to resolve them.
- To initiate a refund request, please firstly contact us via email and provide your order details and the reason for your return request.
- Once your refund request has been approved, we will provide you with the return details which you can use to return your item(s).
- A restocking fee may be applied to certain returned items. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
It is our aim that all of our customers are satisfied with the items they receive. However, if you aren’t, and the item is eligible for return, we will gladly refund or exchange the item.
- Once the returned item has been received, we will inspect it, then process the refund within one working day to the original method of payment. It may take 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
